What is the rental rate?

Our rental rate is $425 for 4 hours minimum. Each additional hour is $100 per hour.

Do you deliver the Touchdown Trailer to any location?

Yes! We deliver the trailer anywhere within our zone (sometimes just outside of it). For locations beyond our 15mile radius a delivery fee will be added.

What is included in the rental?
We only have one package and it includes our custom-built mobile football arcade trailer featuring four interactive football games with unlimited free play. Speaker system inside along with two disco lights to light up the night.

Is it possible to have BOTH Touchdown & Hoop at my event/party?

Absolutely, we strive to make sure our customers get everything they would like.

Could we use Touchdown for our School/Church fundraiser event?

Absolutely, most fundraiser events have tickets/wristbands that are presold and/or located on site, pricing per ticket and/or game is totally in your control. We’ve worked a handful of fundraiser events, and they have gone “very well”.

How do I book Touchdown Oakland for my event?

You can book directly through our website by clicking the Book Now button.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?

We require payment in full at the time of booking. This way when your rental time is up we show up, load up, and no one has that awkward balance due question in front of guests. Its your party have fun!

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made within a certain period prior to the event may incur a surrender of your deposit.

Can the Touchdown Trailer be set up indoors?

Yes! Our mobile football arcade can be set up both indoors and outdoors, provided there is enough space and access for the trailer. door height clearance need for our trailer is 10’

Speaking of space, how much space is needed for the trailer?

We recommend an area large enough to comfortably accommodate the trailer and allow safe gameplay around it. The trailer is 10’ tall, 8.5’ wide and 20’ long. most times we only need 2 parking spaces unless you have add-ons which can dramatically change the space required (see the add-ons page for additional needed space).

Do you provide staff during the event?

We typically arrive to your event 15-30 minutes early to get set up. Our staff will go over the games and the trailer with you and answer any questions you may have. Then we leave the event and come back at the end of your party. The games and trailer don’t require any supervision so we are confident everything will be just fine.

Can you provide an on-site game host?

Of course we can, we actually love to be part of the action! our rate is $50/hr and we will make sure the music is high energy, give away wristbands for the littles, and swag shirts for any higher scores during your event. The average amount of swag given away is 100-200 wristbands and 6-12 shirts!

What if I need additional hours beyond the initial booking?

2 hours is our minimum but only in our free delivery zone (local to the storage location of our trailer) 4 hours is our minimum in all delivery zones. Additional hours can be added for $100 per hour. It's best to arrange this in advance, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute extensions depending on availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. If you would prefer to pay cash or check please contact us for booking information.

Is there an age limit for playing the games?

Our football arcade games are designed for all ages. We recommend adult supervision for younger children, and we’ve found ages 6 and up enjoy the experience most.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Rain or shine Touchdown Oakland will be there! If it does rain, the big doors where your guests play are shielded from getting wet especially with the addition of our rain guard between the doors (provided at no cost). If you would like to reschedule though we can look at our calendar and work with you to find a date that works.

Can I book Touchdown Oakland for corporate events?

Absolutely! Touchdown Oakland is perfect for corporate events, team-building activities, company parties, tailgates, school events, festivals, and more.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially during busy seasons and weekends.

Do you offer discounts for multiple bookings or referrals?

We occasionally offer discounts and special promotions for repeat bookings, referrals or multi-day events. Contact us for current offers.
